Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook 1 pound of ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add 1 tablespoon of taco seasoning to the cooked beef and stir to combine. Remove from heat.
  • On a large baking sheet, spread out a layer of tortilla chips.
  • Evenly sprinkle the seasoned ground beef over the chips, then top with 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
