Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 1 bag of tortilla chips
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup salsa
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup sliced jalapenos
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook 1 pound of ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add 1 tablespoon of taco seasoning to the cooked beef and stir to combine. Remove from heat.
- On a large baking sheet, spread out a layer of tortilla chips.
- Evenly sprinkle the seasoned ground beef over the chips, then top with 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and top with 1 cup of salsa, 1/2 cup of sour cream, 1/4 cup of chopped fresh cilantro, 1/4 cup of diced red onion, and 1/4 cup of sliced jalapenos.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
