  • Stir in the diced red bell pepper and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the hoisin sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Pour the sauce over the beef mixture and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  • Season the beef mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
