Beef and Jalapeno Nachos

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 1 bag of tortilla chips
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced jalapenos
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup salsa
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook 1 pound of ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add 1 tablespoon of taco seasoning to the cooked beef and stir to combine. Set aside.
- On a large baking sheet, spread out the tortilla chips in an even layer.
- Sprinkle the seasoned ground beef over the chips, then top with 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese and 1/2 cup of sliced jalapenos.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle 1/2 cup of diced tomatoes and 1/4 cup of chopped cilantro over the nachos.
- Drizzle 1/4 cup of sour cream and 1/4 cup of salsa on top.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
