- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch fresh ginger, grated
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil

- 2 green onions, sliced
- Cooked rice, for serving
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together 1/4 cup soy sauce, 2 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp brown sugar, 1 tbsp cornstarch, and 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes. Add the sliced flank steak and toss to coat. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.

- Heat 1 tbsp of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.

- Garnish with sliced green onions and serve the spicy beef and broccoli over cooked rice. Enjoy!
