Ingredients
- 1 lb of cooked and shredded chicken breast
- 1 cup of BBQ sauce
- 1 bag of tortilla chips
- 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup of diced red onion
- 1/2 cup of diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup of chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup of sour cream
- 1/4 cup of sliced jalapenos
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a small bowl, mix the shredded chicken with the BBQ sauce until well coated.
- Spread the tortilla chips in a single layer on a large baking sheet.
- Evenly distribute the BBQ chicken over the tortilla chips.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese, diced red onion, and diced tomatoes over the top of the nachos.
