Baked zucchini fries have become a popular alternative to traditional potato fries, offering a healthier and equally delicious option. This dish originated in Italy, where zucchini is a staple ingredient in many recipes. Chefs in the Mediterranean region have been known to experiment with zucchini, leading to the creation of this crispy and flavorful snack. The best version of this dish can be found in authentic Italian restaurants, where chefs use fresh zucchini, seasoned breadcrumbs, and a perfect blend of herbs and spices. To achieve the ideal texture and flavor, it's crucial to bake the zucchini fries until they are golden brown and crispy. For a unique twist, consider adding Parmesan cheese or dipping the fries in marinara sauce.
