Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Season the halibut fillets with salt and pepper, then spread 1 tablespoon of pesto sauce on each fillet.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs, minced garlic, chopped parsley, grated Parmesan cheese, and olive oil.
  • Press the breadcrumb mixture onto the top of each halibut fillet, covering the pesto sauce.
  • Place the halibut fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
