- 1 pound asparagus, trimmed

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- In one shallow dish, place 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour. In another shallow dish, beat 2 eggs. In a third shallow dish, combine 1 cup of panko breadcrumbs, 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper.
