  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Vegetable oil for frying

  • In a large bowl, combine the chopped conch meat, bell pepper, onion, celery, garlic, and parsley.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the conch mixture, stirring to combine.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the milk and beaten eggs. Gradually add this mixture to the conch batter, stirring until well combined.
