Ingredients
- 1 bagel, sliced and toasted
- 2 oz smoked salmon (lox)
- 1/2 ripe avocado, sliced
- 1 tbsp cream cheese
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp capers
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Spread the cream cheese on the toasted bagel halves.
- Layer the smoked salmon on one half of the bagel.
- Top the salmon with sliced avocado and red onion.
- Sprinkle capers on top and squeeze lemon juice over the avocado.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Place the other half of the bagel on top to form a sandwich.
