  • 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into fries

  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix together 1 lb of ground beef, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper.
  • Divide the seasoned ground beef into 8 equal portions and flatten each portion into a thin patty.
