Instructions

  • While the food processor is running, slowly drizzle in 1/4 cup of olive oil until the sauce is creamy and well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Cook 12 oz of fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and return to the pot.
  • Pour the avocado Alfredo sauce over the cooked pasta and toss to coat evenly.
  • Serve immediately, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese and fresh basil leaves if desired. Enjoy!
