Ingredients
- 1 pound pizza dough
- 1/4 cup pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups fresh arugula
- 4 ounces thinly sliced prosciutto
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce, followed by the grated Parmesan cheese.
- Lay the thinly sliced prosciutto on top of the cheese.
- Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.
- While the pizza is baking, toss the arugula with olive oil, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Remove the pizza from the oven and immediately top with the dressed arugula.
