- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 tbsp lime juice
Instructions
- In a large pot or Dutch oven, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the pork cubes and brown on all sides, about 5 minutes.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté for 3-4 minutes until the onion is softened.
