  • 1/2 cup fresh coriander leaves
  • 2 green chilies
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon chaat masala
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as needed

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine 4 large potatoes, 1/2 cup bread crumbs, 1/2 cup finely chopped onion, 2 green chilies, 1 teaspoon ginger paste, 1 teaspoon garam masala, 1 teaspoon red chili powder, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala, and salt to taste.
