Ingredients
- 2 cups of almond milk
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon of ground cardamom
- 1/4 teaspoon of ground cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon of ground nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 cup of ice cubes
Instructions
- In a blender, combine 2 cups of almond milk, 2 ripe bananas, 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon of ground ginger, 1/4 teaspoon of ground cardamom, 1/4 teaspoon of ground cloves, 1/4 teaspoon of ground nutmeg, 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup, and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add 1 cup of ice cubes and blend again until the smoothie reaches your desired consistency.
