- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 cup of BBQ sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together 1 cup of flour, 1 cup of almond milk, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon of smoked paprika, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper to create a batter.
- Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, coating it evenly, and place it in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry the cauliflower at 375°F (190°C) for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Once the cauliflower is crispy, remove it from the air fryer and place it in a bowl. Pour 1 cup of BBQ sauce over the cauliflower and toss to coat evenly.
- Return the BBQ cauliflower wings to the air fryer and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes to caramelize the BBQ sauce.
- Serve the BBQ cauliflower wings hot, with your favorite dipping sauce on the side.
