Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz light rum
- 1 1/2 oz dark rum
- 1 oz lime juice
- 1 oz orange juice
- 1 oz apricot brandy
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 oz grenadine
- 1 dash of bitters
- Crushed ice
- 1 slice of pineapple and cherry for garnish
Instructions
- In a shaker, combine 1 1/2 oz light rum, 1 1/2 oz dark rum, 1 oz lime juice, 1 oz orange juice, 1 oz apricot brandy, 1 tsp sugar, 1 oz grenadine, and a dash of bitters.
- Fill the shaker with crushed ice.
- Shake well until chilled.
- Strain the mixture into a tall glass filled with ice.
- Garnish with a slice of pineapple and a cherry.
