Wood-Grilled Salmon with Lemon Butter Sauce

Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (6 ounces each)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, around 400°F.
- Brush the salmon fillets with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the salmon fillets on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork. Remove from the grill and set aside.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.
- Stir in the lemon juice and chopped parsley, and continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes, until the sauce has slightly thickened.
- Remove the sauce from the heat and set aside.
- To serve, place the grilled salmon fillets on a serving platter and drizzle with the lemon butter sauce. Enjoy!
