Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 hamburger buns
- 8 slices of cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup sliced red onion
- 1/4 cup lettuce leaves
- 1/4 cup sliced tomato
Instructions
- Preheat the grill or a skillet over medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix the ground beef, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into burger patties.
- Place the burger patties on the grill or skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
- During the last minute of cooking, place 2 slices of cheddar cheese on each patty and allow it to melt.
- While the patties are cooking, spread the mayonnaise and ketchup on the bottom half of each hamburger bun.
- Place a lettuce leaf and a slice of tomato on top of the sauce on each bun.
- Once the burger patties are done, place them on the buns and top each with a few slices of red onion.
- Serve the Werewolf Burgers with extra cheese immediately and enjoy!
