Ingredients
- 2 apples, cored and chopped
- 1 cup red seedless grapes, halved
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 cups mixed salad greens
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine 2 apples, 1 cup grapes, 1 cup celery, and 1/2 cup walnuts.
- In a small bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar, 1 tablespoon honey, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
- Pour the balsamic vinaigrette over the apple mixture and toss to coat evenly.
- Divide 4 cups of mixed salad greens among 4 plates.
