Ingredients
- 2 red apples, cored and chopped
- 1 cup of celery, diced
- 1 cup of red seedless grapes, halved
- 1/2 cup of walnuts, chopped
- 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lettuce leaves for serving
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine 2 chopped red apples, 1 cup of diced celery, 1 cup of halved red seedless grapes, and 1/2 cup of chopped walnuts.
- In a small bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup of mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, and 1 tablespoon of honey. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour the dressing over the fruit and nut mixture and toss until well coated.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- To serve, line a serving platter or individual plates with lettuce leaves and spoon the Waldorf Salad on top.
