  • 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
  • 1/4 cup peanut sauce
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  • Prepare all the ingredients and have them ready for assembly.
  • Fill a shallow dish with warm water. Dip one rice paper wrapper into the water for a few seconds until it softens. Place the wrapper on a clean, damp kitchen towel.
  • In the center of the wrapper, layer a few slices of avocado, shredded lettuce, carrots, mint leaves, cilantro, and chopped peanuts.
  • Fold the sides of the wrapper over the filling, then roll it up tightly, similar to a burrito. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling ingredients.
  • In a small bowl, mix the hoisin sauce, peanut sauce, and water to create a dipping sauce.
  • Serve the spring rolls with the dipping sauce and enjoy!
