  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, mix together 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of chili sauce, and 1 teaspoon of sesame oil. Set aside.
  • In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and diced onion, and sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
  • Add the mixed vegetables to the skillet and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until they are slightly tender.
  • Push the vegetables to one side of the skillet and add the cooked white rice to the empty space. Stir-fry the rice for 2-3 minutes to heat through.
  • Pour the prepared sauce over the rice and vegetables, and toss everything together until well combined.
  • Add the diced pineapple and red pepper flakes to the skillet, and continue to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste, and remove from heat.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
  • Serve hot and enjoy the spicy vegetable pineapple fried rice!
