Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 box of Velveeta Hamburger Helper
- 2 cups of broccoli florets
- 2 1/2 cups of water
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown 1 lb of ground turkey over medium heat, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.
- Once the turkey is cooked through, add 2 cups of broccoli florets to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, until slightly tender.
- Stir in 2 1/2 cups of water, 1/2 cup of milk, and the seasoning mix from the Velveeta Hamburger Helper box. Bring to a boil.
- Add the pasta from the Hamburger Helper box to the skillet, reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is tender.
- Once the pasta is cooked, stir in the Velveeta cheese sauce from the Hamburger Helper box until well combined.
- Sprinkle 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese over the top, cover, and let it sit for 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted.
