- 1 whole wheat tortilla
- 3 slices of turkey breast
- 3 egg whites
- 1/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese

- 1/4 cup of diced onions
- 1/4 cup of diced bell peppers
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- In a small bowl, beat the egg whites and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly coat with cooking spray.
