Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine 2 cans of drained tuna, 1/2 cup bread crumbs, 1/4 cup finely chopped onion, 1/4 cup finely chopped celery, 1/4 cup mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard, 1 beaten egg, 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
  • Mix the ingredients until well combined.
  • Form the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.
  • In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat.
