  • Form the tuna mixture into 4 patties and place them on a plate. Refrigerate for 10 minutes to firm up.
  • In a small bowl, mix together 1/4 cup Sriracha sauce and 1/4 cup mayonnaise to make the spicy Sriracha mayo.
  • Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook the tuna patties for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
  • Toast the hamburger buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes.
