- 1 lb fresh tuna steak, finely chopped

- 2 tbsp rice vinegar

- 4 burger buns
- Lettuce and tomato for serving
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine 1 lb finely chopped tuna, 1/4 cup breadcrumbs, 1 egg, and 2 green onions.
- Form the mixture into 4 patties and set aside.
