Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix the plain yogurt with 1 tablespoon of tikka masala spice blend. Add the cubed tofu and toss to coat. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.

  • Using an immersion blender, blend the sauce until smooth. Alternatively, transfer the sauce to a blender and blend until smooth, then return to the skillet.
  • Stir in the marinated tofu and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the heavy cream and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  • Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve the tofu tikka masala with steamed rice or naan bread.
