  • 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup of vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Rinse the quinoa under cold water and cook according to package instructions. Set aside.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, cornstarch, and vegetable broth. Set aside.
  • Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the tofu cubes and cook until golden brown on all sides. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
