  • Stir the espresso mixture into the remaining cream cheese mixture. Pour over the first layer in the pan.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the center is almost set. Allow the cheesecake to cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.
  • Before serving, mix the cocoa powder and powdered sugar and sift over the top of the cheesecake for an extra dusting of cocoa powder.
