Ingredients
- 1 pound ziti pasta
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (28 ounces) crushed tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook ziti pasta until al dente, about 8 minutes. Drain and set aside.
