- 1 lb chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn kernels

- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 avocado, sliced
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked and shredded chicken, cooked rice, black beans, corn, red bell pepper, red onion, cheddar cheese, cilantro, ground cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine.
