  • 1 tablespoon of grated ginger
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 cup of broccoli florets
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1/2 cup of snap peas
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Cooked rice or noodles for serving

Instructions

  • Add the broccoli, bell pepper, carrot, and snap peas to the skillet. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  • Pour the teriyaki sauce over the vegetables and tofu in the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens and coats the tofu and vegetables.
  • Remove from heat and stir in the chopped green onions.
