- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup of teriyaki sauce
- 1/4 cup of soy sauce
- 1/4 cup of brown sugar
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced

- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds and green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together 1 cup of teriyaki sauce, 1/4 cup of soy sauce, 1/4 cup of brown sugar, minced garlic, and grated ginger to make the marinade.
- Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag and pour half of the marinade over the chicken. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the used marinade.
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper, then grill for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- While grilling, baste the chicken with the remaining marinade to create a glaze.
- Once the chicken is cooked through, remove from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
