  • Add 1 chopped onion to the pot and cook until the onion is soft and the beef is browned.
  • Stir in 1 can of black beans, 1 can of pinto beans, 1 can of corn, 1 can of diced tomatoes, 1 can of diced green chilies, and 1 packet of taco seasoning mix.
  • Pour in 4 cups of beef broth and 1 cup of salsa. Bring the soup to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for 20 minutes.
  • Serve the soup hot, topped with shredded cheddar cheese, a dollop of sour cream, and a sprinkle of chopped cilantro. Serve with tortilla chips on the side.
