Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 pre-made pizza crust
- 1 cup refried beans
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup salsa
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
- In a skillet, cook 1 pound of ground beef over medium heat until no longer pink. Drain any excess fat.
- Add 1 packet of taco seasoning to the cooked ground beef, following the instructions on the packet. Set aside.
- Place 1 pre-made pizza crust on a pizza pan or baking sheet.
- Spread 1 cup of refried beans evenly over the pizza crust.
- Sprinkle the seasoned ground beef over the refried beans.
- Top with 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, 1 cup of diced tomatoes, and 1/2 cup of sliced black olives.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
- Garnish with 1/4 cup of chopped green onions, 1/4 cup of sour cream, and 1/4 cup of salsa before slicing and serving.
