- 1 pound Italian sausage, casings removed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bunch Swiss chard, stems removed and leaves chopped
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cans (15 oz each) white beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese for serving
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the Italian sausage and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned and cooked through.
