- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix together 4 cups of mashed sweet potatoes, 1/2 cup white sugar, 2 eggs, 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 cup melted butter, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Spread into the prepared baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, combine 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/3 cup flour, 1/3 cup melted butter, and 1 cup chopped pecans. Sprinkle over the sweet potato mixture.
