  • Spread 1 cup of cooked sushi rice evenly over the nori sheet, leaving a 1-inch border at the top.
  • Arrange the sliced fish, cucumber, avocado, and pickled ginger in the center of the rice.
  • Drizzle with mayonnaise, soy sauce, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Roll the nori sheet into a tight burrito, using a bamboo sushi mat or plastic wrap to help shape and compress the ingredients.
  • Repeat with the remaining nori sheet and ingredients.
