Ingredients
- 4 filet mignon steaks, 6 oz each
- 1 lb of large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup of fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to high heat.
- Season the filet mignon steaks with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, and chopped parsley.
- Brush the shrimp with the olive oil mixture.
- Grill the steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or to your desired level of doneness.
- While the steaks are grilling, place the shrimp on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are pink and opaque.
- Remove the steaks and shrimp from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.
- Serve the filet mignon steaks with the grilled shrimp on top, and enjoy!
