- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1/4 cup honey
Instructions
- In a large bowl, sift together 1 1/2 cups of flour, 3 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 tablespoon of white sugar.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together 1 1/4 cups of milk, 1 egg, and 3 tablespoons of melted butter.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix; lumps are okay.
- Gently fold in the sliced strawberries and bananas.
- Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake.
- Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until browned on the other side.
- Repeat with remaining batter.
- To serve, stack the pancakes on a plate and drizzle with honey.
