Instructions

  • In a large bowl, sift together 1 1/2 cups of flour, 3 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 tablespoon of white sugar.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together 1 1/4 cups of milk, 1 egg, and 3 tablespoons of melted butter. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Gently fold in the mashed banana and chopped strawberries.
