  • 6 slices mozzarella cheese
  • 12 small slices of black olives

  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 6 slices mozzarella cheese
  • 12 small slices of black olives
  • 12 small slices of green olives

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine 1 pound of ground beef, 1/2 cup bread crumbs, 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, 1/4 cup milk, 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. Mix well.
  • Shape the mixture into 12 meatballs.
  • In a large skillet, heat 1/4 cup of olive oil over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
  • Preheat the broiler.
  • Place the cooked meatballs on a baking sheet. Spoon marinara sauce over each meatball and top with a slice of mozzarella cheese.
  • Place two slices of black olives on each meatball to resemble the eyes of a Stormtrooper.
  • Place two slices of green olives on each meatball to resemble the ears of Yoda.
  • Broil the meatballs for 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Serve hot and enjoy the Star Wars-themed meatballs!
