Instructions

  • Cook the sushi rice according to package instructions and let it cool.
  • In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, soy sauce, and sesame oil to make the spicy mayo sauce.
  • Lay a bamboo sushi mat on a clean surface and place a sheet of nori on top, shiny side down.
  • Wet your hands and grab a handful of sushi rice, spreading it evenly over the nori, leaving a 1-inch gap at the top.
  • Spread a thin layer of spicy mayo sauce over the rice, then add a few slices of tuna, cucumber, and avocado on top.
  • Carefully roll the sushi using the bamboo mat, applying gentle pressure to shape it into a tight cylinder.
  • Sprinkle the top of the roll with black sesame seeds and slice into 6 pieces using a sharp, wet knife.
  • Repeat the process with the remaining nori, rice, and fillings.
