Ingredients
- 1 lb of fresh salmon fillet, skin removed and chopped

- 1 egg, beaten

- 1 tablespoon of fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped salmon, panko breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, beaten egg, sriracha sauce, green onions, cilantro, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix the ingredients until well combined, then form the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Carefully place the salmon cakes into the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
