Instructions

  • In a separate bowl, mix together 1 tablespoon of cornstarch and 2 tablespoons of water to create a slurry.
  • Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add the tofu cubes to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy on all sides.
