Ingredients
- 1 block of firm tofu, pressed and cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoons of sriracha sauce
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon of grated ginger
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons of water
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together 2 tablespoons of sriracha sauce, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar, 1 tablespoon of honey, 1 teaspoon of sesame oil, grated ginger, and minced garlic.
- In a separate bowl, mix together 1 tablespoon of cornstarch and 2 tablespoons of water to create a slurry.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the tofu cubes to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy on all sides.
- Pour the sriracha sauce mixture over the tofu in the skillet and toss to coat the tofu evenly. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken and coat the tofu.
- Remove the skillet from the heat and sprinkle sliced green onions over the glazed tofu.
- Serve the spicy sriracha glazed tofu hot with steamed rice or your favorite vegetables. Enjoy!
