  • In a large bowl, whisk together 1 cup of flour, 1 cup of water, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper to create a batter.
  • Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, making sure to coat it completely, and place it on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the cauliflower is golden and crispy.
