Instructions

  • In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tbsp of vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  • Add the sliced sausage and cook until browned, about 5 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tbsp of vegetable oil and sauté the bell peppers, onion, and broccoli for 3-4 minutes, or until slightly tender.
  • Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the skillet and cook for an additional 1 minute.
  • Return the cooked sausage to the skillet and stir to combine with the vegetables.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, sriracha sauce, and sesame oil. Pour the sauce over the sausage and vegetable mixture in the skillet.
  • Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, or until everything is heated through and well coated with the sauce.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
