Ingredients
- 1 lb spicy sausage, sliced
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice or noodles for serving
Instructions
- In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tbsp of vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced sausage and cook until browned, about 5 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tbsp of vegetable oil and sauté the bell peppers, onion, and broccoli for 3-4 minutes, or until slightly tender.
- Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the skillet and cook for an additional 1 minute.
- Return the cooked sausage to the skillet and stir to combine with the vegetables.
- In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, sriracha sauce, and sesame oil. Pour the sauce over the sausage and vegetable mixture in the skillet.
- Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, or until everything is heated through and well coated with the sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
